Before you get started

Do we pay for each worker?

The EUR 249/month plan includes multiple worker accounts in one company workspace for one yard. Give each worker their own login and role.

What is the difference between cloud and dedicated hosting?

ValueReclaim Cloud is EUR 249/month on shared infrastructure with separate company data and access. Dedicated Cloud starts at EUR 599/month in total, including ValueReclaim and a separate application and database environment. Capacity, setup and support are agreed in your proposal.

Can we try ValueReclaim first?

Yes. Request a test account and tell us about your yard. We review requests and invite approved customers to create a workspace. Public self-registration is not available. Customer workspace owners invite their own team members. A paid subscription is agreed separately.

Does creating an account start a paid subscription?

No. Creating an account does not start billing. Test access and any paid subscription are agreed directly with you before you commit.

How do we discuss payment or cancellation?

Email Mads with your company and workspace name. We confirm the subscription, invoicing, payment and cancellation arrangements in writing before a paid pilot starts. Dedicated hosting, extra yards and integrations are quoted separately.

Can we keep a backup of our records?

Yes. The workspace owner can download a ZIP of the company’s records and registered photos, schedule daily or weekly backups, and check a saved file in Account & team. Hosted copies are kept for 30 days. The current ZIP limit is 50 MB; contact us for a larger export. Recovery is support-assisted.

Does the weighbridge connect automatically?

Weights are entered manually in the current version. Offline receiving is available on prepared devices; grading remains online, and approved empty-exit tasks must be prepared while connected. Automatic weighbridge connectivity through a yard gateway is planned as a separate upgrade.
