Terms of service

These terms describe use of ValueReclaim, a recycling workflow application operated by Mads Svantesson. Contact: mads@valuereclaim.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Purpose and current status

ValueReclaim helps businesses manage receiving, grading, processing, stock, sales and material traceability. The service is in early development; features may change and interruptions or errors may occur. It is not a certified weighing instrument or a substitute for professional accounting, tax or regulatory advice.

Accounts and workspace access

Use your own account and keep its credentials secure. Access a workspace only with permission from its administrator. Google sign-in identifies your account; membership and assigned roles control workspace access. Administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate users and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the records and photos you submit. You permit ValueReclaim and its service providers to store, process and display them as needed to operate the application. You must have permission to submit that information.

Check measured weights, grades, prices, allocations and documents before relying on them. Your business remains responsible for its operations, safe working practices, invoices, accounting and regulatory obligations. Keep appropriate exports or independent copies of important records.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, submit content that infringes others’ rights, attempt to bypass workspace permissions, access another business’s records without permission, or interfere with the service. Report suspected account misuse or security problems to the contact address above.

Privacy

The Privacy policy explains how account and workspace information is handled, including Google sign-in data and requests for export or deletion.

Changes, availability and access

We may update features and these terms as the service develops. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or available account contact details. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. Contact us if you want to stop using the service or request an export or account deletion.

Separate agreements and legal rights

Any separately agreed subscription, pricing or service commitments remain governed by that agreement. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
